At Nature Hills Nursery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, tag-attached apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
